Yes, guests are welcome to attend the event. Please note that there may be an additional fee for guest attendance, which covers access to certain event functions and amenities. You can add your guest during the registration process.

Yes! In addition to the hotel’s own on-site restaurants — including Four Flamingos and LakeHouse — there are numerous dining options in the nearby Lake Buena Vista area and Disney Springs, all just a short drive or shuttle away.

Yes, both valet and self-parking are available at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress for an additional nightly fee.

Business casual is appropriate for most venues within the resort. Four Flamingos and Trellises Lounge recommend elevated casual attire for evening service.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all general sessions, workshops, and meals. Feel free to dress comfortably for offsite activities or evening receptions — but please, no shorts or flip-flops during daytime meetings.
